November is here! Fall is in full force and the holidays are right around the corner. Can you hear the Christmas music already?  These last few months of the year are all about family and those you love. Spend time with those you love with these fun events going on in Tualatin this month. There is everything from a computer workshop to early Holiday celebrations!

 

  • Free Tuesday Night Trivia with Bridgetown Trivia

      • Put your knowledge to the test with Bridgetown Trivia at The Station, every Tuesday night! Come for the pizza, stay for the trivia,while you battle it out with other teams for the glory (and prizes)!

 

  • A-WOL Dance Collective’s 15 Anniversary Party
    • Saturday, November 11th, 2017

    • A-WOL Dance Collective – 513 NE Schuyler St., Portland, OR 97212
      • A-WOL Dance Collective is celebrating its 15th birthday with a Warehouse Social and 21+ After Hours Show. Warehouse Social, All Ages: Join up at 7 p.m. for a warehouse-style party where you’ll enjoy live music by Love Gigantic, art and jewelry on display, local food and brew and pop up entertainment by A-WOL all evening. After Hours Show, 21+ Up: Kicking off at 10 p.m., A-WOL is letting its hair down. For the first time, A-WOL is hosting a late-night, sassy style show with Emcee John Ellingson. This steamy night will be filled with acrobatic feats of all sorts! Silks, aerial pole, cyr wheel, tippy hoop and more.
      • Cost: $20 pre-sale, $25 at the door or $15 for both events.

Green Hour showcases the buildings, practices and companies that are leading the way for sustainability in the Portland-metro area. At this event, you will hear from Opsis’ sustainability action team on how to make your office more environmentally friendly.

 

  • Preschool Sensory Storytime

      • This preschool storytime is especially welcoming for children on the spectrum and families who are looking for a smaller, more adaptive library experience.

 

  • Computer Help

      • Friendly, patient lab assistants are available to help you practice your computer skills. You may also ask for basic assistance writing reports, making flyers, creating résumés, establishing an email account, searching the web, preparing research projects, filling out online application forms, and locating library and Internet resources.

 

  • Explore the Pittock Mansion decorated for the Holidays: A Holiday Tradition for more than 50 years!

  • Building Business Connections at the Moda Center

  • 2017 Christmas in the Garden

      • Located in The Oregon Garden, in the charming town of Silverton, Ore., Christmas in the Garden features ice skating, snowless tubing, 25 artisan vendors, photos with Santa, fire pits and live music each night.
